The Top 500 Innovators of Poland, Creative Cracow and regional partners sparked a week-long innovation intervention with Design Thinking in thirteen cities in Poland. I had the honor to serve as Design Thinking expert and mentor in four of the cities - giving keynote and closing talks, workshops and mentoring change-makers in Industry, Bioengineering, Urban Planning, Civic Engagement, and Education.

Since 2000, I direct a sole-proprietorship film production company which produces works for screen and curates film exhibition projects with an international scope.
Film Festival Curation and Production 1990 - 2008
Co-founded the Children’s Filmfest at the Mill Valley Film Festival along with preliminary programs under director Mark Fishkin. This included curation of film programs from international and national sources as well as developing events enhancing the learning in the films. Coordinated the U.S. most established children’s film festival, the Chicago Children’s International Film Festival, under director Elizabeth Sheppard. Promoted the late Robert Donn, veteran SFUSD educator, to develop the Schools at the Festival Program at the San Francisco International under Peter Scarlet and Laura Thielen, Served internationally on selection and award juries, which included establishing youth voices on the two selection panels for young audiences at the SFIFF .
Developed and coordinated in-kind donors, staff and space design for the San Francisco International Film Festival and The Mill Valley Film Festival from 1991 – 1999. Modernized the volunteer program and its regard as in-kind donors. Engaged the greater SF Arts community in the festival through programming installation, exhibitions and performance as Hospitality Suite Designer.
