I served as coordinator under director Elizabeth Sheppard at the U.S. most established children’s film festival, the Chicago Children’s International Film Festival. At the San Francisco International under Peter Scarlet and Laura Thielen, I arranged the ground work that established the late Robert Donn, veteran SFUSD educator, to develop the Schools at the Festival Program. Additionally, I have served internationally on selection and award juries, which included making the two programs for young audiences at the SFIFF user-centric.
Developed and coordinated in-kind donors, staff and space design for the San Francisco International Film Festival and The Mill Valley Film Festival from 1991 – 1999.
